Graham founded GLX in 2005 after identifying a clear gap in the market for a commercially facing accountancy firm, specialising in providing in-house finance directorships.
Since obtaining his ACA qualification with a large national firm, Graham has accumulated a wealth of experience in the commercial sector. He has held a number of FD positions at various companies, ranging from small entities to large corporates.
Graham specialises in strategic planning, raising finance and problem solving.
Jack joined GLX in 2013 following the successful completion of his chartered accountancy (ACA) qualification, which he achieved through an internship program with a large regional accountancy firm.
Working with businesses of all sizes, Jack has gained a significant level of exposure to larger companies and SME’s alike and has a wealth of experience dealing with their accountancy and taxation needs.
Jack manages a number of GLX clients in an FD capacity by leading their finance departments and specialises in MI reporting, board and stakeholder interaction and corporation tax planning.
Graham trained with a large regional accountancy firm, achieving his ACA qualification, whilst assisting local businesses with statutory accounts, corporation and personal tax advice and audit services.
He then moved to a Big 4 firm where he added to his experience working with large national and international entities.
Graham has significant experience in providing statutory reporting and corporation tax services to owner managed businesses, SME’s and large groups in a variety of industries.
Graham is largely involved in the support and management of internal finance teams for a variety of companies. Day to day activities include monitoring and reporting on the cash flow of businesses, preparation of management accounts, budgets & forecasts and providing corporation tax advice.
Displaying an eager, thoughtful approach to general accounting, Grant went on to study AAT at a local accountancy firm in Norwich. During his formative years he obtained experience working alongside business owners and leaders, located in sectors such as; hospitality, consultancy, manufacturing and service-based industries of varying remits.
Grant completed his ACCA qualification in 2017 and shortly after, joined the GLX team, bringing with him the aforementioned skills and knowledge to even more varying commercial enterprises.
Grant’s specialisms include; Accounting software, Indirect tax, Statutory accounts and general performance based business analytics.

Fawn started her career in Accounting overseas in New Zealand. Working for a small firm in Queenstown; Fawn looked after a portfolio of clients in different sectors ranging from hospitality, tourism and service-based industries. Alongside work, Fawn was studying a Business Degree with an Accountancy Major, towards obtaining her Chartered Certification with CA ANZ.
Upon her return to the UK in October 2018, Fawn has joined the team at GLX and has transferred her previous studies towards completing her ACCA qualification.
Fawn has gained considerable experience using Xero and training clients whilst implementing the software into their business.
Ryan started his career with a local accountancy practice and completed his ACA exams in the summer of 2013. Whilst training Ryan gained significant accountancy and taxation experience with SME’s.
Ryan joined GLX in January 2015 and currently sits in a variety of roles ranging from an FD capacity through to management and year end reporting to stakeholders and financial institutions. His experience has reaches across financing proposals, grant applications, company restructuring and employee owned organisations.
Ryan’s portfolio sits across a number of sectors and business types but with a weighting towards construction and service industries.
